Terms and Conditions

1. Most functions incur a minimum charge of £300.00 plus VAT, subject to menu chosen.
2. Settlement of all accounts is requested within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Late payment will incur a surcharge
3. The use of china and cutlery is by arrangement with each client.  Where equipment supplied is returned unclean, a surcharge will be made.
4. Up to two weeks notice, cancellation fees will be charged where expenses have been incurred.Thereafter the following charges will apply: -Within two weeks of the function 10% per day of the total anticipated fee will be charged.
5. Where they apply delivery and collection charges stand at a minimum of £30.00 plus VAT per function. When extra distance and travelling time are involved supplementary charges per function are made.
6. All prices quoted are subject to market fluctuation, are ex VAT
7. Where special dietary requirements are met this will be reflected in the price per person.
8. A 25% deposit is requested with confirmation of all bookings.
9. All menus chosen are subject to Food Safety Laws as at February 2011 and to comply with this no food will be delivered sooner than 2 hours before eating time, unless specific temperature controls can be guaranteed.
10. As the catering we offer requires us to prepare food in a wide variety of kitchens, all our menus and dishes will be subject to suitable facilities being made available so as to afford you the very best of food and service.
11. Where service is offered, exclusive use of the kitchen, throughout the function, is required to comply with our insurance provision.
