All our finger buffets are freshly prepared, delivered fully presented and are ready to eat. The food is displayed on clear glass or white china; stainless steel may be used for hot dishes. White serviettes are provided as a matter of course.
Whenever possible we prefer to lay out the finger buffet for you; table linen can be hired should you wish.
Where there is an extended time delay before service then food must be refrigerated to comply with Food Safety Regulations. When returned washed and boxed there is no charge for the use of our china.
