Dear Mr. & Mrs. Tomson,
I thought I would drop you a line, just to say what a wonderful job you did for my wife's birthday party.
The whole project was so well managed, from the time of your visit to discuss the requirements, to the constant checking on what was required, be it drink, glasses or whatever. The food was sensational and EVERY letter of thanks has singled that out, amongst other things as well, of course. Mention has been made of teh staff and the way in which tehy kept teh canapes and drinks coming.
From my point of view, it was rewarding not to have to think of anything, once you had said what you were going to do. You arrived on time, unloaded without fuss and parked the cars where suggested. You cleared up after yourself and even took away the 'dirties' to sort in your own dishwashers, leaving us only to do the glasses, which you did not provide. We 'bought' a professional operation and you provided it, and value for money.
Should anyone ever ask for a reference, which I doubt, please feel free to give them my name and number.

As usual the service was wonderful as was teh food and greatly appreciate both by us and our guests. Truly memorable occasion.

Just a note to say how beautifully you did my birthday lunch on Sunday. It was wonderful to do as I was told and sit back and enjoy teh whole day.
I particularly relaxed because I knew you were in charge and that everything would be done beautifully and indeed it was all splendid.
The food was delicious and thank you for organising the cakes, flowers and for making a cup of tea at teh end and Heather - infact thank you for everything.
